Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

INDBridge is a regulated, business-only application. We use the minimum browser storage required to run the service securely — and no advertising or cross-site tracking.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser. They can be strictly necessary (required for the site to function), or non-essential (analytics, advertising, personalization).

2. What we use

  • Authentication / session (essential) — when you sign in, a session token is stored in your browser's local storage so the app can keep you signed in. It is cleared when you sign out.
  • Security & preferences (essential) — minimal storage used to protect requests (e.g., origin/CSRF defenses) and remember interface preferences.
  • Error diagnostics (optional, PII-scrubbed) — if enabled, our monitoring tool may set limited storage to correlate error reports. Personal data is scrubbed before it leaves the application.

3. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, social-media trackers, or data brokers. We do not sell or share your browsing activity.

4. Managing cookies and storage

Because the storage we use is strictly necessary for the service to function, blocking it may prevent you from signing in or using the application. You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings, and signing out clears the session token. We honor browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Questions: privacy@qbridge.ai. See also our Privacy Policy.
